If dropping a couple of charges means that family members of the victims don't have to stand up in court and give evidence that's what they will do, that's why they did it to Paul because we did not want to stand and give evidence and live it all again.
Dropping the rape charge didn't make any difference to Paul's case either that's why they said they would drop them, he is still got 26 years before eligible for parole, and i doubt he will ever get parole. I guess we will just have to wait and see what happens.
I think he will plead not guilty and then they will do a bargain with him, tell him to plead guilty to such and such charges and they will drop the other charges, that's how they got my Aunty's killer to plead guilty, he pleaded insanity at first, then not guilty, then guilty, they said they...

I know its a bit of a worry, it took 4 of us to call Gray lands before they took the access away from him, apparently he had "rights" I thought that was pretty stupid! thanks I will most defiantly stay safe, at least until 2034 when he is up for parole, I doubt they will let him out though.
Hi Lamp, yes all sorted thank god, I rang up Graylands and told them what he was doing they eventually took access to the phones and internet away from him,he is currently serving his 26 years in Albany Prison, its pretty crazy that they give Prisoners access to it while being in Graylands.
as far as i am aware there is no internet access to any of the prisoners while in prison, if they go to gray lands hospital that is a different story, they have access to internet and phones there and don't have to get permission to call anyone, as I received prank phone calls from a prisoner...
