Don’t you think the “Innocence Project” has to have some pretty convincing reasons and evidence to think that Scott is innocent? They are not likely to take a case of someone who is guilty.

Paul Grice was booked into Woodward County Jail yesterday. He is one crazy dude. His beliefs are off the wall crazy. I for one am glad he is going to plead guilty and forego the expense and time of a trial.

If you click on one parent and scroll down it lists the other parent as the spouse and the 3 children and vice versa so it is saying those are the parents of those 3 children

Regardless of what LE said I am just stating that there are death certificates for 2 other children listed with the same parents as Joseph. And I stand corrected… since the other 3 children are alive I don’t know what the birth order was.

It is in the published OAG statement and if I remember correctly it states they were unable to determine if the damage to the facial area was before death or post death. And those injuries would NOT have been fatal if they occurred before death.

I own a 25 and several of my friends do also. They are not popular firearms today but in the past were very popular because of the size and convenience to conceal and carry. I only stated there was no evidence the firearm was discharged in the Durango regardless of what could/did happen...

Or can be picked up from anywhere that a firearm has been discharged and other scenarios. There has been no direct evidence that a firearm was discharged in Tom’s vehicle.
