    Agree. Also, you can be sure that the police didn’t put all of their evidence in the Affidavit. That would be “giving away” their whole case to the defendant before he’s entitled to it via discovery process.

    That headline is misleading. The story does not say that BK studied Dennis Rader. It merely says that BK took a class where the professor had communication with Dennis Rader.

    Just speculating, but they may have been pulled over because the tail somehow lost track of them. This would give the tail time to catch up to them. Or maybe they were checking on the welfare of his father.

    I find that "thetawnidilly" channel on youtube usually posts within an hour or so of the testimony. Other good channels are "croakerqueen123" and "ladyjustice2188" for those of us who can't always watch live.

    The judge seems to want to keep this trial moving; I read a couple of articles stating he said a jury will be selected in time to start testimony tomorrow.
