Since when can parents of a minor victim of alleged child abuse disallow the presumed victim's questioning/statement to LE? If they blew town prior to LE physically being around the victim I could possibly understand, but otherwise.../headscratch.

THIS is the reason why young women develop some types of mental illness such as self harming/cutting behaviors and significant eating and personality disorders. The decks are stacked against her recovery if this is her reality, but I pray for her healing.
