We always ask our job to jump up on to a chair/bench to put his harness on. That would explain also placing the phone on the bench as I often do whilst securing harness and lead.

Maybe the 12:05 car driving down on the CCTV is the last confirmed sighting of her on the bench from the occupants. Then that could still be her getting in the car on spider cam and leaving at 12:09!

If you are woken up suddenly by it, it can be very confusing and alarming. Sometimes it can be once and other times they do it for a while. They can get very high pitched too. Drives me mad!
