I thought that it was Mrs. Canning and her son, Tom(who said he saw footprints in the sand around his house) walking the dog. I don't remember reading anything about BB being outside of her home. Only that she did see SG and called 911 and remained inside???

Ocean Walk (where some of her possessions were found) is located in West Gilgo Beach. It is a residential area on the north side of OP. If her car was found in the eastbound lane of OP (south side of OP) between the piles of dirt and the beach/ocean then she had to cross OP to go north to Ocean...

JB and SG left the house in his vehicle but did not leave the community of OB. We don't know where or which house in OB they went to.
