The water in the river here is so dark that day or night diving would make no difference. Either way you wont see much without a bright underwater light. Most dive searches involve divers just feeling around the bottom with their hands. Sonar, etc is also used, but eyes are the least used tool...

Sure there would. You can get a police report for just about anything. All it really states is that you gave the police a statement. The police report even states that regrding this incident, all the information they have is one person's word against the other's, not even 3rd party witness...

The "victim" also gave a radio interview on a local Orlando station this afternoon, 104.1 WTKS. There may be something about it on their website. I haven't looked. I'm not buying what she's selling. I'm going to have to side with MC on this one.
