I agree with you. I thought that evidence was very muddled in it's presentation. The key cycles, extraction of data from the Lexus, somehow trying to prove the 24 MPH in reverse, etc. It may have been so confusing and murky that the jury could disregard all. And focus it's attention on...

Good points IMHO. If the evidence of vehicle moving at 24 MPH in reverse can be believed (and that is a big "IF") then she may have hit him intentionally. Granted, the Albert / McCabe clan and friends seem like a bunch of alcoholic low-lifes, they do not seem to be bright enough to pull off...

That was my thought...I believe the judge gave the jury that option.....to continue to deliberate whilst having lunch....so possibly they want to wrap up today. Wondering if they have the option to continue to deliberate past the 4 PM stop time.......MOO
