I don't consider returning to the place that they were BOTH from and where they BOTH have family, and where they can BOTH work and have lives exactly "running away" with the kids.
I believe these calls were quick and easy and his way of attempting to make the morning look 'normal'. i.e. foloe through with typical work tasks he normally would. Besides, work was important to him...definitely more important than NC.
Yes, if I understood correctly (through the buffering), he did explain that 22 seconds was 'standard', but also explained ways to lengthen the duration.
It is pretty obvious that the first call was a test. It was 22 (or 23) seconds...exactly the standard length of time that these spoofed calls would be (as testified to today).
He wasn't calling his own phone to locate it as Kurtz suggested. If he were, the call would have been 0-1 second...
I can't find the posts right now regarding the length of calls, but if I remember correctly, the 6:05 call was 22 (ish) seconds. That to me is VERY odd!! Kurtz claimed in his opening that the first call was made from the home phone by Brad himself to locate his cell. I get that...do it...
UUUUGGGGGHHHHH!!! I finally have an opportunity to actually watch for a while and it is buffer city!!! I can't get much of anything out of what I am trying to watch. I guess reading everyone's posts will just have to do until I can go back and watch the videos tonight. :maddening:
I think it speaks of her feelings toward him. She was ANGRY and wanted to hurt him. He dragged her to another country and she was stuck here unable to work while he was living large and messing around. She wanted to start a new life and wanted to get everything she could out of him to do it...
I don't see 2100 as unreasonable for child support...frankly, if my 2 kids were to leave the country and be cared for 24/7 by someone else and I paid that person 2100 per month to do so, I am pretty sure I would be ahead financially (in other words...they cost me more than that to have under my...
Brad not agreeing to the terms doesn't make him 'all about the money' either. I doubt any (intelligent) person would just agree to the first draft of a separation agreement. Most would get an attorney and fight it out until they came up with a compromise version...Brad had a slightly different...
I don't think this says anything about Nancy or that she was 'all about the noney'...an initial separation agreement is a negotiating starting point and the numbers are typically suggested by the attorney. This is probably what Alice thought they should start with given the circumstances and...
I know...but that would mean waiting until tonight!!!!! I don't think I can stand the wait!!
Thanks for the details to those who are posting them, I appreciate it SO much!
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE give as many details as anyone can!!! I can read quietly while 'working', but there is no way I can watch the video feed without someone 'catching me'...I am DYING to know EVERY DETAIL of Alice Stubbs testimony!!!
I believe number three can be rulled out because if she were trying to just get out of the house (to meet someone or whatever), she would have driven and would have taken her phone.
