I'm catching up on this case so forgive me. Is it possible that the father didn't kill them? Trying to find an explanation for the bloody handprints if the girls died by asphyxiation? Maybe dad tried to hurt himself and failed after killing the girls and that explains the blood.

Too many things prove to me that he was at the campsite. Isaac says he was and police believe him. They've said he's been the most consistent. They had his stuff with them. Dogs tracked him for a little while.

I'm very familiar with the case so I'm aware of that. He was the Sheriff but he was not the lead investigator on the case. The current Sheriff was. So again, if he were to say that, that would get my attention and he never has.

Bowerman isn't the Sheriff and hasn't been for years so I don't even really care what he said way back when for the most part. Now if the current Sheriff said that, I'd take notice.
