Unfortunately, the maximum sentence in Indiana for a Level 1 Felony Murder is 65 years. With credit for good behavior, Larry Taylor will be back on the street before he reaches his 52nd birthday. This doesn't qualify as a death penalty case.- Oghbeicae9
