yup. And my father who was drove in by me was in and out within 90 mins. I was shocked LOL. This was abou 2 months ago.

I bet because it's superior court, the man going in will be first seen and first gone unless something very traumatic comes in by ambulance.

I never heard about this specific letter? That tells me that Dellen was keeping that gun hidden so he could use it for proof with prints later if needed. And that MS hiding it meant he knew his prints were all over it.

Did anyone else catch this when Mark was testifying?: when DM lawyer was talking about the gun. At the end, he said something about how MS got the gun back and MS said unfortunately yeah I did. So he admitted that he had the gun, and then got it back... No?

you just reminded me, hunting has to be a certain distance from any roads. So if a gun went off that close to the road, someone would have heard it (likely that witness) and he would have made note of it because it's close by to a road.

I don't necessarily agree and I do live out here. The other week I was walking down Mckenzie road and heard gunshots, both times it made me jump. I also heard one near my house on the weekend that had me looking around. My husband is also a hunter. And the last thing I wanted to point out is...

Dont forget that MS also has admitted to being there when it all went down which can also be used against him. Another thought... Isn't that considered an admission of fact to the court? And if so, it's new evidence which may allow DM the chance to open his case again. No?
