I posted earlier, that if she had been sick, then it would be possible that she could have been vomiting. JMO

If Aliyah was sick with a fever and diarrhea (flu), it's very possible that she could have been vomiting. She also could have been vomiting from being up crying all night. If everyone in the house were sleeping in late, Baby A could have vomited and then choked or drowned. Mother finds Baby A...
