    But look at the Casey anthony case - the jurors did not even review the case. It was shameful what they did. Wouldn't professionals take it more seriously?

    I did not know about the planner when I wrote this. Listening to Jennings (the forman), he went way too far in trying to solve the case, however. And his analysis of the CPR was not current information. CPR no longer uses breath; just heart pumping. He stated that 30 presses was too much...

    I agree - the pet thing was such that it should be thrown out!! The legal system does not have this type of ridiculous stuff covered.

    OMG - I am watching InSession and this Jury Foreman thinks he's a freakin' medical expert. The pets question was because he thought the aniimals may be carrying a virus she caught!! He also criticized the CPR!!! What a fool! We need professional Jurors.

    The CA jurors should hve been charged with fraud or cheating or SOMETHING!! Failing to do their Civil duty!! They just flushed that trial right down the toilet. More concerned about their vacations than Justice. (Personally - that one made me want professional Jurors.)

    PERFECT DESCRIPTION!!! Yes - Defense used bullying to fill in the blanks. It got old really fast. Like, OK already, we know you're pissed off at "The Government", now show us the proof!!

    Excellent observation. Interesting that you think the hold out is the not-guilty. I really thought the jury was going to let him walk. I think he did it, but after the Casey nonsense, I have come to expect shockers. 'Course, if he is convicted, that will be a shocker for me!!

    You're soooo right!! I have been in that situation where I called 911 immediately, THEN told the family that EMS was coming. It is an automatic reaction to call 911.

    But why would they ask if they thought he was innocent? wouldn't they just say not guilty, not look for a reason she died?
