A bullet proof vest would have the opposite effect and smooth out a pronounced chest. I need to look at the video again but not sure I was convinced of seeing that bump from other angles. Wearing a vest would explain walking with your arms further out from your body like seen in the video.- Paintcomp

Could be wearing body armor under the jacket. Would explain the stiffness of upper body and strange walk.- Paintcomp
