thanks for those kind words i think honestly and truth are always the best! also, having lost a son less than a year ago in his 20's, and even when the circumstances were different, i know what a loss is... and i have only prayers for all of the families involved here!

personally? no... there was no way to get past that dna under the victim's nails... no way around it.

i would find that whole mental disorder thing unlikely... i think his lawyers likely gave him the advice and he followed knowing he was going to be found guilty anyway

when you plea, you know what the sentencing range is...

i think a plea in hannah's case may or may not occur as the prosecutor has not ruled out going after the death penalty

basically the defendant does not admit guilt in an Alford plea but does admit that there is enough evidence to convict him/her

what with the other trial pending, he will never get out i am SOOOO relieved!
