I think the confusion about whether they've been found is due to the delay in getting the search warrant. They probably found the bodies, but in an area that they should have got a warrant for. If the cops search the property w/o a warrant, the whole prosecution could be screwed up. They gotta...

Maybe the homeowners, when contacted by phone, weren't allowing LE to search the property without a warrant. Maybe that's what they meant by "uncooperative".

I live in Portland, and from all my conversations about it in the past year, I've never met anyone who thought she was innocent. Even conversations as casual as with grocery store clerks and gas station attendants.

Hi, Sorry, I haven't been on in a few days. I meant to say that when our friend called, the woman identified herself as a psychic. I don't think my friend had any reason to believe or not believe that based on their conversation.

Ok, my dental hygienist (and an old family friend) called the first number today. she said the person IS a psychic. Hygienist/friend demanded that the woman call LE NOW - and she responded that she had called LE and they weren't interested in what she had to say. Is this too gossipy?

I was able to trace it back to an individual using an online white pages directory. I wonder if it's someone with a hunch, or who claims to be psychic. If they had an actual memory or evidence, I assume they'd have called LE.

What a bizarre case. Gwen, I hadn't thought of a party not being available, but that's an interesting possibility. My first thought when I read about it was that the searches in January and this weekend were critical to the hearing going forward, from LE's and the court's perspective. My guess...
