I believe the "Jenkins case" was initally ruled an accidential drowning ... until the parents persisted in further investigation to have the case re-opened and cause of death changed. The only one ( out of the 40 or so cases) so far to succeed in doing so. Peace.

I agree with you Serious ..... this guy is cunning and creepy and if these victims were injured "without broken bones" .... dumped in waterways to erode evidence and decomposition .... they could be associated with other victims in the area. This guy was either very daring ... or crazy ... 2...

Thank you Fran ... I did read this link ... interesting though ... Sheriff stated "probably" ... yet not signs of any kind that lead to the river .. no body .. no clothing articles ... nothing. Even the cell phone was working after reported missing ... taking calls and forwarding to voice mail...

For those following this case .... I listened to the heart breaking video telecast of the family ..... and they are in my prayers. However ... a comment was made ... and I went back and read the conference press release and I do not understand this ... does anybody ?? Comment from father ...

Amen ! This young boy HAD MEDICATION and medical treatments approved for his care. This is NOT about financial distress .... but rather neglect ....! And the father's lame story of not wanting to see his boy because of conflicts with the mother .... what a joke. He has his parental...
