I'm with the others that don't believe Cosmo about the 4 pounds. Why would Jimi show up wanting 4 pounds with 800 dollars? I think he wanted 4 ounces - 800 for 4 ounces makes sense.

If Cosmo was selling QPs then it's likely that he was a distributor for lower level dealers. Maybe some of the victims were fronted weed and never paid him back?
