Does anyone know if there will be any court documents detailing todays oral arguements? I.E. to see if and what the prosecution presented to the judge (stones of grace? music city colonics non existent building? bond? etc)

Somebody posted on another, ahem, forum, that on TS' suppport page, she mentioned a couple of days ago that CPS had stopped by to see her but she was not at her office and did not know what they wanted.... Wonder if they are looking harder into the H & S situation??

Just wanted to say again how HAPPY I am to be here..... I am so sick of some of the other forums, or perhaps I should say lynch mobs, that don't weigh the evidence but prefer to speculate and postulate their own theories at naseum until they have convinced everyone else there that their opinion...

Does anyone know if IS will broadcast the Sandusky trial? Did anyone else hear that they will have about 60 witness' testifying????

Well, I have not caught up on the thread here to know where everyone is sitting on this case. I personally like to evaluate each case based on the actual evidence presented as I see it (like any juror would). In this paticular case I just dont see enough evidence to convict AK of murder and...

Just a quick "Hi", new to this forum, waiting for the verdict on AK and hoping for a better experience here than I have had on, ahem, other forums.
