The officer's were trying to put him in the squad car and he's kicking and acting like an idiot. North Charleston is a very violent place...the new Detroit, I guess, since most of their citizens are coming this way.

Watching the news and another officer fired in North Charleston for using excessive force...N. Charleston is #7 most violent in nation. They aren't going to be able to get officer's to work that god-forsaken place. Bomb it!

I'm sorry, but I currently have NO problem with LEO and a camera will not make me a better citizen. There are cameras everywhere! :thinking:

I think it would be a far more peaceful world if there was a little more fear that one might get shot. Then there will be some respect for the LEO and HIS life. The criminals seem to have more rights than the good citizens of the land....JMO

I do NOT want officer's killing without cause and for the most part, they do not. HOWEVER, when people resist arrest/argue/fight/talk back/run, there will be incidence such as this. I cannot imagine acting that way with an LEO....but then I was raised differently! There HAS to be CONTROL or we...

Like the tasers, the body cameras are costly. Mayor Summey has said they will buy body cameras. One church has donated 25. My take on the taser is that he retrieved it from where it was dropped and brought it over to where Scott was because it is an expensive item, and one barb was attached to...

..seems to me his 'wrongness' may have been brought about by the ADULTS in his life, at the time....especially since there was no prior record of any bad behavior...or since,for that matter... and BTW...isn't the stepmother paralyzed for life?? There is talk of abuse from her...and others in the...
