As much as I would like to believe this I don't think the hold outs are being stubborn for lack of evidence. They have their mind made up to let him get away with it.

The struggle I believe is some are focusing to much on the trial and not whether or not he did it. I dont think anybody could have doubt he did it. They need to focus on the simple. Did he or didnt he. Not the complications of the case.

The State is askng the Jury to find him guilty. The defense is asking did the State prove it? The defense is not saying he didnt do it rather, did the State prove it. GUILTY AS CHARGED

Im not sure one Juror cant see the plain truth of this as mush as they are "OK" with it. The Pregnancy. Old Story of a dude getting rid of it Old School. Its a Mans world. Maybe even something against the State and Authority figures.

At this point the Jury needs to decide whether or not he is guilty. Whether or not you would let him date your daughter. Not whether or not the State proved its case. If you think he did it then Guilty, if not then Not Guilty. I dont know is unacceptable.

Apo is just attacking the credibility of witnesses trying to prove the State did not prove beyond a reasonable doubt. He is not saying his client is innocent or presented a defense.

Rivera needs to learn some basic techniques. Pauses for effect, raising and lowering his voice as well, and some cadence. I would hate to think this trial lost because of style rather than substance.
