I remember the babysitting thing from trial testimony as well. Also, Cindy told Dr. Phil that she thought KC was keeping Caylee away from her on purpose. But, Phil didn't ask WHY KC would do that. IMO it was because of the fight.

I remember the judge saying that the jurors had all the media contact information in their media packets and could do as they wished with that information. My guess is that those who wanted to speak, have contacted the media themselves.
Now that Cindy has gotten her daughter off the hook legally, she is going to try to get her off the hook with the public. It just wouldn't do to have your daughter be the most hated woman in America.
I agree with this. I think she was really mad that they were questioning her competency . She was all smiley this morning because they found her competent.
When the picture was shown in court, I paid little attention to it. I was mostly listening and not watching that carefully. These thoughts ran through my head:

Harmony, I remember this too. Cindy said that they knew of a child who had almost drowned and been resuscitated so she knew if there had been an accident with Caylee, KC would have called 911.
So, the facts of the case the Dr. considered in making his determination were:
*There was a pool available*
*Something about a baby sitter*
*child was missing 30 days*
Um yeah...so clearly she drowned and then someone stole her skull, duct taped it and put it back. Not guilty. We can all...
