    1. You can't drive into the park, only the parking lot which is nowhere near the trail 2. She was not accosted 3. The park was closed to the public on Fri, Sat, Sun, Mon, Tues Either she is lying or the article is seriously messed up.

I live next to the lake. I don't have statistics but I can tell you the lake level has been very low for years. If anything, it is a little higher now because we have had more rain than usual.

She could not have been there Sunday. The park was secured, they were still actively searching and she would not have been allowed in for a walk. When I watched it on TV I could have sworn they said she was there on Thurs.

I just signed on so apologize if this has been said. SD Channel 8 had a lady on tonight who said she saw JAG come out of the water where Chelsey was found last Thurs, the day she went missing. The lady said she was out walking with her little girl and dog (looked like a large poodle). She...

So you're thinking he went (back) there to deal with other evidence? Interesting. I thought the paper today said the knife was found near the panties. No?

I know we've gone over this before, but after studying the photos and map again, I don't see a trail or easy way to get from Hernandez Hideaway to the park. He had wet clothes on. He couldn't see the search of the critical area from there. Why did he go all the way over there? I WANT TO...

Yes, that's useful. Did it say why he had to leave his GM's house?

It might be useful to add the day of the week to Travel Bug's calendar. I check and you have nothing on a Mon or Tues, 4 Wed's, 2 Thurs', and Dec 27 Sun, which is the holiday weekend so is probably out of the equation

"December 27, 2009 - Attack/attempted rape or kidnapping on Candice M in Rancho Bernado in the Westwood/Lake Hodges area (Rancho Bernardo)" TB - news reports Candice M has ID'd JAG from photos. I heard it only took her a few seconds to ID him.

The search and rescue volunteers in the water and park were the pros. The FBI had heavy presence. Many search dogs were there as well. The citizen volunteers (I was one) were sent to other locations in the area, but not the "critical" areas. The area in which Chelsea was found was searched...

LE searched the area. Volunteers were not allowed in the park or lake area.

It was reported that Amber DuBois had $200 on her to pay for a lamb (school project). I wonder if they can find out if JAG dropped some cash in the days following her abduction by checking out surveillance cameras in stores. Just thinking. :/

The prosecution asked for no bail and the defense did not argue. This is why the evidence was not entered into the record. The prosecution did not have to argue as to why there should be no bail in this case.

Possibly. Also, it seems there is a good distance between where a shoe was found and where Chelsea was discovered. This bothers me also. These areas were extensively searched on Saturday, according to police.
