There are street lights leading in and the first building you come to is the office and then there is a pool behind it and then you come to the first apt. building. I believe you can see the parking for the first apts but I can't recall for certain.

I went past the enterance this weekend and it's not as far as it looks in picture/video from there until you reach this first building. Imo
