13 years now. The ID show has only just aired over here in Oz. There are definitely 4 people who know what happened. Misty Taylor, the Aunt, Jason and the boyfriend. I think he was lured to his death by Misty or the Aunt. Possibly initially just to teach him a lesson to keep away from Misty...

Just a question from someone who has no idea, but "gave no external cause of death". Does this mean that "internal cause of death" such as ruptured spleans, poisoning etc has not been revealed to the defence? Or determined yet?.

My understanding is that any evidence they wish to use in court must be provided to the defence team in Discovery so that they can do their own testing refuting etc. A list of witness's each side are intending to call must also be provided to the defence and vis versa. The real trick is when...
