Found Deceased CA - Fernando Ruben-Minon, 34, Clearlake, 12 Feb 2017
This obit caught my eye & noticed this site was one of the results I got back after googling the name. I am still searching to see if I can find out what actually happened to him but sadly his remains were found 2 months ago. I've never posted a link so forgive me if I do it wrong...- purrfect75
