Has anyone looked into John Doe 1988 from Miami? When researching John Doe 1988, I circled back to Robert.

I don't think it could be James Michael Whetzel. I see he went missing in 2019 but was later arrested in Beverly Hills, CA in 2021. MDPD has not updated or doesn't know.
