I disagree. 31 days is more than enough evidence and there was much more. Jury failed to use common sense. In addition they did not give the deliberation process the time Caylee deserved. The verdict came in too quickly for due process.
:maddening:
I really think the problem was with the jury. Some juries hear the instructions and begin to think that they must forget all common sense and become a computer (I have been on two juries).
If that is what our legal system called for then we would not need a human jury. We would...
In my opinion, there is no way "they (the defense)" could get a win. And I think all the forensics, is just a nail in the coffin, not the smoking gun. Once the jury hears "31 days," it is over. There is no reasonable excuse, none, period!
If there was a hand off... why would she need such a complicated alibi? Just hand off and continue normal day. A hand off would most resemble a stranger abduction.
Unless, she (God forbid) did something to Kyron and she expected him to be found quickly. In that scenario, she would need an alibi..
Guess they should change the laws. In California, we have to destroy our notary stamps when they are no longer effective. And we file a letter stating that we have destroyed the stamp.

I caught that also.. 2 hours travelling time??? Casey only spends one hour travelling. Cindy is trying to make it up as she goes... otherwise she would of thought it through and realized it is not two hours travelling time. Made me wonder... if Cindy would stretch this small fact...
