This was my second thought when I heard the news, right after thinking of how the parents must be feeling. The whole family will need lots of prayers and support in the upcoming months. I imagine this trial will be much worse even than what we have witnessed the past 5 weeks.
Procedural question, if they were to find GS in Douglas County, is that still within Dan May’s district? Also, what are the chances he will still be around when this goes to trial since his term limit is up this year? I’m sure that probably depends on how long it takes to wrap up the investigation.
My theory is similar, except in my version she gravely injured him Sunday evening and realized she would need to “take care of it” so not to be found out. Overnight Sunday night/early Monday she prepared the dump site then Gannon did leave with her on Monday morning.
I also think she had a...
I was talking about this with my husband last night and I told him I have a feeling all the random details we know so far are just scratching the surface of what she possibly did to that precious child. I think a lot of what we have heard (from her) has very little to do with the actual search...
I am several pages behind because...life, but this case from the beginning has reminded me of Hailey Dunn. It has been over 9 years but I get the same pit in my stomach even today when I think about that sweet girl. It is my prayer that this one has a better ending. I am hopeful since technology...
Or throw out so much information it muddies the waters. We have seen nothing but smoke and mirrors from her and IMO this is no different. The one thing that IS different here is that she is trying to highlight Gannon, which tells me she has either hired someone to write for her or is adapting...
I have to wonder about how many red herrings have been planted that LE are now having to weed through. I suspect the search history is the tip of the iceberg. I also think any info they get from TS should be taken with a grain of salt at this point.

I'm only 30 miles away and I didn't know about it until she had been missing for a whole week. Now there are flyers all over town and people talking about it but that full week when basically no one new about it is what worries me. A week is a long time in a case like this.

Taylor County Population, 2009 estimate 127,683
I live in Sweetwater and there isn't a "big" city within 3 hours of here. Believe me, I miss shopping!
I don't know what the nearest county with 500,000 is, but I know for a fact that Taylor, Nolan, Mitchell or Scurry none have even close to that population. It would be my guess that the nearest county with that many people would probably be in the Ft Worth area. JMO.
