The 519 is the community centre in the heart of the village- Of other interest reports are indicating that the individual in many pictures on BM's facebook is indeed alive according to his employer.

Of note- Another individual was just reported missing about a 5 minute walk from where Tess was found. It was quick this time ( they had a press release out ~20 hrs after she was last seen- corner of church and isabella). Makes me wonder if something specific happened that led to the report...
