There may not be a jury. If the police has enough evidence he will plea guilty at earliest stage to stop trial. We also don't know what charges he has. He may have attributed to her death, doesn't mean he killed her!
I think today he will just confirm his name and the court will be closed so we hear nothing. I still don't think the police have enough evidence tbh. I think they have some which they could use for a lesser charge but not as much as they would like.

Just beyond that house is a gravel lane on the right that leads up to the coach works and the entrance to the woods.
I was thinking they're maybe looking for a mobile phone.
I grew up in wales so familiar with the schooling. Here though kids do 7 years of primary, 4 years mandatory high school and then an additional 2 years but it’s still school. S5 & S6 you can do some work release or some college studies during this time.
Now I’ve never been arrested, but am i right in thinking the police only get an extended 12 hours. So tonight they either have to release the suspect or charge him. I’m assuming we are already on the extended 12 hours.
Yes that’s the right time. It was a very low tide that came in that morning too. But the tide is getting higher even at low tide so could take days to bring anything in of use.
Here in Scotland we don’t have a year 11. Our kids stay in school until 18. Aged 16 you would be looking at an S5 pupil.
We also do 7 yrs of primary (junior school) our kids start high school one year later than England and Wales do.
Maybe the accused was related to one of the adults in the flat. It would appear the accused stayed in the same block. The cat was asked to be removed so it didn’t starve according to CJ macphail.
