I completely understand what you’re saying here and I too try to look at both sides. This situation is just horrible. A young mother lost her life, so very tragic. Her conscience actions did not deserve for her to be killed. Everything happened so quickly though. I truly hope that this terrible...
Folks this incident is neither black or white imho. I will say again I think Ms Good was just trying to leave the situation and did not register in that split second that the agent was in front of her car. The agent may have first seen the car reversing so he approached from the front just as...
How sad this young woman lost her life. I truly think she was trying to extract her self from the situation. I however also think the agent thought she was trying to run him down. I don’t think he started his day thinking I’m going to shoot any one in my way. She didn’t start her day thinking I...
I’m not sure that the testimony confirms the rug in question was normally in the living room. There appears to be a blue and white one in the picture which is what the detective is using to identify that room as the living room. Somewhere in the back of my mind I recall very early on before the...
This is so ridiculous. Why shoot someone when you have already alerted police of what you perceive as a possible crime? They were on the way and the door was not breached yet. <modsnip> I absolutely hate guns period. We have one and my DH took me to learn how to shoot it but still I hate them...
The wife may have been fleeing away from her husband in fear of her and her children’s life if he said I’m coming home and she realized he had flipped his lid. Him coming home meant he was bringing the chaos to her front door. Would he kill his family and then himself. I would however flee to...
What a tragedy. This is going to be a wild one to follow. This guy has surely flipped his lid. I pray no one else is hurt by him. Does anyone know what “No King” means?
This is just beyond devastating. Although thankfully the loss of life is low will this be one of the worse natural disasters to hit America. Prayers prayers prayers to everyone touched by this.
As one who was sitting on the fence contemplating if the State proved their case I feel good about the guilty verdict. These Jurors took their time in coming to this decision and obviously took great care in examining and discussing all the evidence. A job well done IMHO.
The phone thing does bother me. The girls could not have been moved but the phone could have been. If it was turned off then moved to a stationary location, turned back on in airplane mode and tampered with and then returned to the crime scene. I am in no way saying this happened but it has been...
I am so glad I am not on this Jury. Do I think RA is guilty…probably. Do I think this was proved BARD …not so much. I guess I am a “hung jury of one”. JMHO and I do so want justice for these two girls and their families.
