Same here. He must have a pretty good alibi for them to have dropped the murder charge - and if true, it would also explain why he was more willing to turn himself in. Thank God that he at least told them where the bodies were buried, so the families can have some closure. So now, the focus...

Any and all evidence that will support their charges of rendering criminal assistance. Plus anything that could lead them to the whereabouts of John (evidence of money transfers, emails/texts/phone calls, etc.).

I was listening to the live feed - the judge was awesome - but my connection was really bad and it froze up for a few minutes at the end - was the sentence read at the end of the judge's speech? The feed came back live as everybody was filing out of the courtroom.

I'm following the trial on three live blogs and the picture of the driver's side of Jane's SUV was just shown in court. Just seeing the smudges really brings horrific images to my mind regarding Jane's last moments. Not to make light of this at all, but (just as in good horror films) sometimes...

This isn't directly related to the case, but I've seen something in a couple of courtroom pictures that have been posted previously in this thread - there is a brunette woman sitting in the front of the courtroom who always appears to be holding something over her face - it's not a typical dust...
