I sent an email to you about MP68099, Graciela P Garcia missing from Hermiston OR 11/8/19. I see a resemblance. By looking at Graciela's social media, she wore nice clothing which also would seem to match. Here is a collage of UP67939 and several different looks and hair colors of Graceila Garcia.
