We really don't know what or how much data/evidence the state now has on WA if any. CA after every avenue is exhausted will turn on WA. He has no respect for women including his sister. All JMO.

What happened to the "we treat every suspicious death as a homicide" and thoroughly investigate the crime scene. By their own testimony LE did not do this or that. Why did they have to visit house 10 times?? Because they did not do it the first time.

IMO, these sisters had their nose and fingers in several avenues in this case and if LE couldn't/wouldn't find it they hired a PI. How many state witnesses' testimony at one point or another mentioned one of the sisters in their testimony. I get that they were devastated by their brothers death...
