Out of curiosity... 1. The police searched CL's house for the first time on Sunday 2. But, they didn't find Beverly's phone until they searched her house on Monday? (Is that correct?) IF the cell phone wasn't found until Monday's search... my question would be "Why?" Why didn't they find it...

Does it seem odd or is it normal that LE would tell CL that the reason he wrecked was because he was trying to lose their tale? But the again...how else would CL have that info? Just seems like an odd thing for LE to do when they didn't even have the arrest warrant isued.

I was re-watching the video of AL being put into the police car after Beverly was found and doesn't it look like he has scratches on his temple area? Or maybe those marks are from the wreck?
