Wow i did not see that another user had possibly spotted him here in Sacramento as well. When i read that it sent a chill down my spine, i am not 100% sure that it is him though the homeless man i have seen looks very similar. I have seen him around downtown and around the bike trail/discovery...

This might be a bit of a stretch.There is a homeless person who i see from time to time that looks dead on like this guy. I am from Sacramento California though, so it is a bit far from AZ. Next time i see him i will try to talk to him or get his picture
