It might have to do with a lot of the "miss you" posts had family pictures that they didn't want people to "share" all over. (Just guessing)

From what I know... Charges were filed, court hearings were to start on Sept 6th. She had tons of evidenced, I can't specify but it was substantial and her motivated. I won't say she wasn't stressed out but she had lots of support from family and close friends.

From what I've found, he's a pilot. Easier to remove her from the scope than him from the cockpit. Also, "I had a friend", when someone starts having legal issues, they will remove you from your primary duties. Mostly to accommodate the scheduling of legal meetings but also to minimize accidents...
