He would think differently because the SS house was on fire and that's why he had to get his car from behind police tape? I would think that's why he would say he had an unusual request and now that we've seen texts to W-2 we know he thought it was a "crazy" request.

The War of 1812 plates are the default plates that everyone gets...not a special one. They switched to those in 2012 as default in honor of bicentennial.

I live in Maryland and they've started doing stacked letters (two of them) because the unique six alpha/numeric combinations had all been exhausted. Stacked letters does not necessarily mean special interest.

Would the Mosler registration be needed for the inspections or repairs of the other cars? To me, having this in his possession still does not have a logical explanation. And I do not buy the idea that he was given it to keep as a momento for scrap booking.

I don't think SS had *choice* to call or not call anyone. Any phone calls he made were at the direction of DW+Co. JMO. Even if he broke free I still think DW had control of all the phones.
