I may have misunderstood. I thought one of the witnesses who testified about their physical relationship was a minor when they started hooking up. I know that at least one of the girls he was messaging he told to "make him a dirty old man" when he found out she was 15
I was taken aback by this as well. They know he is a gross predator who has solicited and had sex with minors. They know that beyond a shadow of a doubt. They must realize that even if it was an accident by some standard, his nasty behavior and habits were a contributing distraction. I believe...
If they have more security footage of the suspect, why release those two particular photos that show so little useful visual information? If they want the public's help identifying the person, I would think they'd release a better description at least. If they think they already know who it is...

So sweet. My heart breaks for that baby boy.
I agree that parents are legally responsible for their kids. I guess without knowing the specific custody arrangement, it's hard to pinpoint how liable the father is. But if there is no legal custody/support established, IMO, this guy is just as guilty as mom of abandonment, if not more so.
I don't think his mama is guilty of foul play, hopefully the evidence makes it all clear soon. She made some very poor decisions, that's for sure. But in cases like these, it never ceases to amaze me how little blame ever seems to land on the deadbeat dad. Mom is never going to live this down...
This one is a gut punch. Sweet Ky, you can see from every pic that he was a total sweetheart. I've been fixated on this case because I just fell in love with him.
I will say we went through a similar experience, where a routine police investigation was never properly conducted in the beginning. It is likely because the original detectives were leaning towards Bryce being a runaway or scared kid who did some drugs and wrecked his car and they guessed he'd...
"That family was totally in the dark for the longer time but they mobilized quickly and began their own
Investigation and search. They found Michelle. Not law enforcement.
Good. I hope Marc can get you all help quickly."
Respectfully snipped
Same situation with Linnea Lomax (I am family)...
I've been checking that one all day and they have updated 4-5 times with minor changes. This last change being more major. I have also seen quotes floating around where the police are being much more definitive in saying it's not him, but I don't have a link.
