GUILTY Abby & Libby - The Delphi Murders - Richard Allen Arrested - #220

I'm just catching back up with this one as I've been away. IIRC, Allen said he killed the girls with a boxcutter because a white van startled him and interrupted his plans to rape them. At that stage, he probably could have just fled, assuming that at that point he had only marched the girls...

Good result here, and more than likely the right verdict. Odinists did it. What a moron.

Let's see if this alleged Piece of Work tries to blame Odinists for his depraved actions again.

GUILTY FL - Natalie Jesslynn Wagner, 28 sentenced for committing sex crimes against her 2 young sons and family dog - June 28, 2024

God damn this site is destroying the last shreds of faith I have in human nature. May she rot.

Found Deceased Jay Slater, 19, missing on holiday in Tenerife, 17 June 2024 #2

I don't mean to be pedantic but your GPS does not contact satellites - it just receives signals from those satellites to compute your position using software on your phone. Your phone never "talks" to the satellites. If they're using GPS data then that data would have to be transmitted from...

What do you think about the West Memphis Three?

Probably innocent. Dumb redneck cops saw some kids in Megadeath T-shirts and thought 'case closed'. I've never heard of a ritual that involves tying kids to sticks and throwing them in a swamp. It'd be laughable if three eight year old kids hadn't been brutalized and murdered, if the killer...

I dunno, I'm hearing a lot of "who could believe this story?!" type questions. The jury doesn't need to believe it or not. It depends on the story the prosecution put forward and if it's more plausible to the jury, and if the prosecution has managed to disprove the accused's. I just worry we...

The jury have to decide if the accused committed the crime beyond reasonable doubt. I think this is something that a lot of us are missing here. If there is reasonable doubt in the mind of the jurors that the accused did it, then the jury must acquit. Is there any evidence that the accused...

It would be quite difficult to shoot a drone with shotgun slugs. They aren't terribly accurate. Now, a shotgun full of buckshot is a different matter entirely. In fact, it's now becoming SOP to take drones out with this method in Ukraine. Do we know if the accused was carrying buckshot?

If it was a shotgun slug it would have blown straight through and left a hole you could fit your thumb in.

If there are images available and if someone is willing to send cropped images of JUST the branches, I would take a look to see if I recognise anything as long as doing so does not compromise the trial or violate law. Hopefully those images aren't on anyone's SSDs right now though.

I'm sorry, I can't believe any of this. It's like a bad episode of Neighbours.
