GUILTY TX - Dr. Kendra Hatcher, 35, killed in parking garage, Dallas, 2 Sept 2015 - #4

We can only hope that in the meantime BD is having to look over her shoulder at every turn wondering when they're gonna come calling. I suppose there is some (albeit very little) satisfaction in that.

    That's a good point: I'd forgotten that Brenda is/was a dual citizen...

I thought I'd read somewhere that authorities know where Brenda Delgado is in Mexico but are waiting for the legal process to extradite. If that's the case, how were they able to so quickly track down the "Affluenza" teen Ethan Couch and his mother, have Mexican authorities take them into...

Found Safe NY - Austin Taylor, 26, East Village, NYC, 2 Nov 2015

This is very eerie. He's never actually spoken to anyone -- it's all been by email (quitting his job, calling his mother)...and his bank account and cell phone haven't been used. If he did go to Paris, was there a plane ticket purchased? Clearly there's no record of one, and if he purchased one...

Yes, it was CC in the Jeep. Not only does it look like her, she's admitted it.

I completely agree with this. I think BD is the one who couldn't let go and likely kept touching base. He should've cut it/her off no doubt, but likely didn't know how wacky she was and after having been together for 2 years wanted to ease out of it and not hurt her further.

The drivers license would be proof of the victim's demise. (Someone speculated that it could have also been used to wreak havoc on KH by using it for identity theft purposes, but I don't subscribe to that thought).

On top of that, he was still paying for BD's phone bill as well.

No, she would not. A passport is needed only upon re-entry to the U.S.; the only time a passport is needed is if traveling to Mexico by airplane.

It's not hard at all to get INTO Mexico as you need nothing if you're traveling by car. A passport is needed only when traveling into Mexico by plane. That said, I'm still with you that BD is not in the U.S.

I am with you on this. BD seems to be cunning and knew how to spot a desperate mark. CC lives for her son (she said this) and I see her being desperate and stupid more so than murderous.

I'm hopeful BD will be brought down, however I believe it will be an uphill battle: they have no evidence of the $500 payment to CC, no evidence of BD asking CC to commit the robbery/murder, and as BD was never a suspect she is/was free to leave the country if that's what she chooses/chose to...

I think it speaks volumes that he hasn't spoken out and made any sort of statement. He's gone radio silent.

And why has he (Ricky) not spoken out? Kendra's ex-husband did, so why wouldn't Ricky? Are his parents telling him to keep quiet or is he now lawyered up (likely on his parents' dime)?
