All those details in that 911 call sound to me like there was some major rehearsal going on. You would think in that rehearsal AB would have feigned some kind of emotion. He sounds as if he is placing a pizza order or something.... He's fried.

The Budget Inn's location where this happened is not in the best area of town. I suspect the police are in and out of that motel and people are often missing.

And then for the cases they do investigate and find to be problematic, they put the family under "DCF Protective Services" and allow the children to remain in the abusive and/or neglectful home. :banghead:
