I may be reaching here but what about Phillip Garrido as a suspect. He kidnapped Dugard in 1991, maybe he was practicing with older females in 1982 and later moved on to Dugard's age. Just a thought.- -Sassy-

Cases from 1970-1979
Suzie disappeared from Galveston, TX on 5/21/77. She was walking from the 4000 block Ave S 1/2 to 3100 block of Ave P. She was last seen at 10:45 am. She may have walked down 39th St or taken the Seawall route. A parade was on the Seawall. Her skeletal remains were found in Alta Loma, TX...- -Sassy-
