Ah ha, seems that my priveliges are slowly being unlocked, can a more experienced websleuther advise me which forum to start my thread, it involves a 1986 case of a guy pushing someone down some stairs in canada, after finding out that he'd killed the guy ,he fled they country, and to this day...
