Do you think he was looking at bus info on his phone? Like where the bus was, was it on time, etc? But if it's a flip phone then probably not... Also, did someone say thst the street is actually the alley and not the real street?- Scooter39045

Is that a man's or a woman's jacket? As a man, that jacket looks longer and tighter than what I feel I would wear as a guy. The jacket goes just a few inches above the knee. But maybe it's in style?
