I wasn't there for the afternoon session just the morning up until the lunch break. For that part of the trial they all looked very bored. Juror number 3 was taking notes most of the time and then only a few others took very sporadic notes. I definitely saw at least four of the men jurors...

Just watching opening argument on HLN by JW. Do they know for sure that Travis Alexander made that shirt for Jodi that says Tavis Alexander's? Or could Jodi have just made that and said Travis gave it to her? Also, I heard MiMi's (?) testimony that a friend gave them the code to the garage...

And did you see Jodi smirk and roll her eyes at JM.
