Well, this breaking news shouldn't be shocking and I hope it brings back a new wave of scrutiny on this guy: Kara's ex boyfriend has plead GUILTYto choking his six month pregnant girlfriend unconscious and killing cats (I guess they were hers). The news link is below...

Wow. I am glad I'm not the only one stirred up by this story and picture today! As soon as I saw the pic this morning, my stomach jumped because my immediate, initial reaction was 'that's Kara'! I had to step away, calm down and look at it with less emotion and I still felt the resemblances...

Does anyone know if Belton PD moved this to cold case status? I'm sure public relations-wise they would claim they are still actively investigating but I doubt it. I don't recall hearing or reading a syllable from the Belton PD in a long long time about this case.
