I know this is a stretch but what if...
What if he was talking to one of the girls (Libby or Abby) online, just as he was prior to his arrest.
What if he set up a meeting along the trail to meet one of them. After all it's only a few hour drive from where he was arrested/lived.
And what if...
Funny how almost every news outlet has to emphasize that someone falls into one or both of these categories as if it has anything to do with what they are.
It's interesting how when this guy was first arrested and it was mentioned by a local radio station about being forwarded to the FBI and...
Another thought about these distances and times. If, and only if BG is a trucker, this would allow him to travel from point A (start of run) to point B (delivery point) and back to point A (where run started) all within a single shift (hours of driving allowed by FMCSA).
The last known address was at an Extended Stay Hotel. Prior to that he was evicted from a residence on the west side of Indianapolis (around 12/16-1/17)
Not sure if the digital billboards have been discussed lately. But I have noticed they are not being shown in the Indianapolis area any longer. I have no seen them displayed in over a week.
Not sure if they were pulled for a reason or if they were only going to be displayed for a certain length...

And even if there was a condition that one was going to be able to get their "rights" back after completion of their felony probation...
Unless restricted by terms of his probation, he would be able to travel throughout Indiana. He would not be allowed to leave state without approval of the courts though. So it is unlikely that he would violate any terms by simply traveling to the next county over since it did not involve...
This is correct. Issued does not mean served.
The same relation to writing a check and cashing a check. I can write a check for payment, but it's not cashed.

ETA: I find it odd that he has to wait 2 months for his next court date. Seems like a long time out for his pre-trial or initial hearing.
Indiana law is when one violates their court supervised release (probation/parole/home detention/etc) that one can be held up to 15 calendar days before charges are addressed in front of a judge.
But it can be extended if the lawyer for the arrested files to extend on their end. As in needing...
